The day after tomorrow will begin what we students have been waiting for 11 years,SPM. In those 2 defining weeks, we will go through what is supposed to be the most difficult examination in Malaysian secondary schools. I would like all of you to take a deep breath and read on:
When you enter the examination hall, do not worry about the exams, let it worry about you.
When you begin your paper, do not panic, lest you forget whatever you have read.
When in the middle of the exam, do not stress out, for it is merely a piece of paper, nothing else.
When you have completed one paper, be fully focused as you have another 20 to go.
We as students have been 'preparing' or gearing up for this examination for as long as many can remember. Some are fully prepared and are hoping they would get this over with, whereas others like me will be stressing or burning the midnight oil deep into the night. To all my friends, and fellow students of LSPJ and any other SPM-ers, may God bless you and hope you get the best of results! May you remember everything you have read, and studied over the subjects at hand, and it may be at your fingertips when you need it. Wish you all the best of luck!
And another thing; Do not let this examination determine who you are as a human being and a person. When it all ends, we are what we are. Nothing shall change that.
